As someone who has lived in Finland their entire life, I can say that learning Finnish is a life-long task, but it can be done. And as long as you know how to order a beer, you’ll make lots of friends in Finland.

I guess I have been some 200 times in Finland… To learn your language in three minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years… seems like a rather impossible task. I can tell you that I tried, even took courses for a couple of weeks! I believe I will go for Chinese instead! 🙂

I’m lucky to have put my arms around English… I never had a knack with learning languages, although I gave it my best shot several times.
