  1. Well, seeing your great photos left my hungry … and I also remembered great moments passed in Eibar, Lekeitio and some other great places in the Basque Country.
And yes, wine, cheese and ham are great and so is “pacharan” (I think this is the correct way to write it, but not quite sure=

    • Yes, you’re right, “Pacharán – Patxaran” Blackthorn or Sloe Berry Liqueur – it’s good with ice… 🙂
I’m not hungry but I need more coffee! Have a nice day!

  2. Wow, that looks delicious. I am a bit unlucky, I never get good ham now, I live in a vegetarian zone!

I know it’s over but! I send you warm SIMC greetings, from Lucknow, India.

    • Morocco is ham free zone too but you can get it in bigger stores…Muslim country.
Thanks for warm greetings – I’ll be there soon! 🙂

  4. That Chouriço is wonderful, the strong garlic tastes to be matched wonderfully with that spicy and dry Rioja. Topped off by a rich cappuccino, the palate has been satisfied well here!
