when the weather is HOT!
This weekend it’s hot but only a couple of days and then we’ll be back to our ‘normal’ temperatures…
I’ve been listening audiobooks, mainly Swedish (read in Finnish) crime stories.
I didn’t know how violent stories people can write – women and men.
Do they get ideas from police archives files or history? Do you know?
My art this week is not violent 🙂
‘art of stones’

Tässä on Teemataiteen toinen kivikuva. Hiili ja velkokynä.
And now color. I just doodled with watercolors…I call this ‘summer card’ 🙂
Have a relaxing weekend!

Taidan istahtaa kivellesi hetkeksi ja muistella kuumaa kesää!
I know what you mean about “how violent stories people can write”, really baffles my mind too. Your artwork is so lovely. The stones look amazing. I do like the summer card! So joyful. The little flowers in you photo is really sweet 🙂

Yes, some stories can be very violent, not sure where people get their ideas. Love art and wonderful photo.
Is the plant called Stone Crop? It reminds me a lot of a plant we have here on the granite cliffs next to our float cabin in BC. I like your doodle. I used to doodle all the time when I was in school. My notes always had little drawings along the side. – Margy
I guess you’re right, Stonecrop.
I’ve visited your blog but you don’t let URL/name option comments…I wonder why?
Lovely art to see. The stones look so realistic and the lively colours in the abstract are beautiful. Great photo too… tiny beauties. Happy PPF :D)
I love that colorful whirl…and the rocks are quite striking. Your photo is wonderful, too. Happy PPF!
Great art choices! Love stones in nature. I’ve been painting stones and hiding for giveaway in my community. Hope to brighten some one’s day.

Love your non violent art. I don’t read or watch anything with violence but you are right- where do these crazy violent scenes come from… also a reason I don’t like the news which is always so focused on the bad. Happy PPF!
