These pictures I took yesterday.
It was perfect weather for a long walk/jogging.
(Normally I don’t have camera with me, nor mobile phone.) 🙂
I use Polar heart rate monitor to measure burned calories,
exercise time, my target zone etc.
Yesterday I burned 342 kcal and 45% of it was fat…
Today my goal is to burn 50% fat – or more! 🙂
